Return and Exchange Policy

At NICHE for Perfumes, we aim to provide the best possible quality while protecting customer rights and maintaining public health and safety standards. Therefore, returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms:

1. Return Period

Products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the product is unopened, unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging.

A return fee of 150 EGP applies. The actual shipping cost may also be deducted depending on the governorate and shipping method.

2. Opened or Used Products

We do not accept returns for any product that has been opened or used. This is to maintain public health and customer safety standards, as perfumes are personal-use products that cannot be resold once opened.

3. Returns Due to Scent Preference

Products cannot be returned due to personal dislike of the scent. Perfume preference is subjective and varies from one person to another; therefore, it is not considered a product defect.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for unopened and unused products, provided that they are in their original condition and original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the exchange request.

5. Shipping Fees

In case of return, the actual shipping cost will be deducted according to each governorate. The remaining amount will be refunded after the product is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions.

6. Damaged Products Upon Delivery

If the product arrives damaged due to courier handling, please contact us immediately upon delivery and send clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the case and provide the appropriate compensation.
